Application Deadlines

  • March 3 is the deadline for the April 1 meeting
  • April 7 is the deadline for the May 6 meeting
  • May 1 is the deadline for the June 3 meeting
  • June 2 is the deadline for the July 1 meeting
  • July 7 is the deadline for the Aug. 5 meeting
  • Aug. 8 is the deadline for the Sept. 9 meeting
  • Sept. 8 is the deadline for the Oct. 7 meeting
  • Oct. 8 is the deadline for the Nov. 6 meeting
  • Oct. 29 is the deadline for the Dec. 2 meeting

There will be no exceptions made to the deadlines!

We schedule deadlines to ensure that Borough residents are informed of important events in a timely manner. We take staff availability to conduct reviews into account when setting deadlines, and do not count holidays as business days.

The Borough reserves the right to change a HARB application review from FORMAL to CONCEPT if ALL the information is not handed in on the deadline date.

Overview

The Historic Architectural Review Board protects historical areas within the Borough by reviewing all changes and modifications to the exteriors of buildings and structures that are visible from a public street or way in the Borough’s Historic District.
