   Revitalization Committee Meetings

   October 27, 2005 - Initial Kick Off Meeting.

   November 16, 2005 - 2nd Progress meeting and concept plan discussion, formulation of goals and objectives.

   December 19, 2005 - 3rd Progress meeting and review of draft concept plan, further refinement of goals and objectives.

   January 26, 2006 - Special Public Workshop Meeting to present concept plan and receive public comment.

   February 23, 2006 - The Committee discussed public comment provided at the January 26th workshop meeting.

   March 23, April 27, May 25, June 22, July 27, and August 24, 2006 - The Committee continued to refine the concept plan for the new park in preparation for submitting a master improvement plan to Council for approval.

   September 19, 2006 - Special Public Workshop Meeting to present the Committee's recommended design plan for the Lenape Park.

  October 26, 2006 - The Revitalization Committee approved a recommended design plan for submission to Borough Council. Borough Council subsequently approved the Committee's recommended design on November 15, 2006.

  May 24, 2007 - The Revitalization Committee recommended approval to Council of the final design plans and bid specifications for Lenape Park.

  August 8, 2007 - Borough Council authorized the solicitation of bids for construction of improvements at Lenape Park.

  October 25, 2007 - The Revitalization Committee recommended award of a contract for improvements at Lenape Park.

  November 14, 2007 - Borough Council awarded a contract for improvements at Lenape Park. Work should be completed by the early summer of 2008.
